Vision Mechanical was founded in 2000 by brothers Barry and Eric Unger, along with six employees who believed in their vision and helped build the company from the ground up.
After years of working in the plumbing and HVAC trades, Barry and Eric began their careers learning the value of hard work, technical skill, and doing the job right. With hands-on experience in the field, they set out to build a company grounded in those same principles—reliability, accountability, and pride in the work.
From the beginning, the goal was simple: build something dependable with people customers could trust.
What started as a small team has grown steadily over the past 25 years into a company supported by experienced professionals across a range of commercial and residential services. That growth has been driven not only by leadership, but by the strength of the team, long-standing client relationships, and a reputation built through consistent performance.
